Access to your meeting's webpage

Meeting pages are designed so that they don't need a username and password to be viewed. To ensure that your meeting page isn't viewed by unwanted visitors, your meeting page is located at a unique URL comprised of randomly generated characters. This means that your meeting URL cannot be guessed, and only the people you share your unique URL with can view your meeting's webpage. You can also choose to disable sharing your meeting webpage. If you do, it will only be accessible by you.

Data transfer is encrypted

MeetingMix use a high grade 256-bit secure socket layer (SSL) encryption to protect data that is transferred between your browser and our server. SSL encryption is an industry standard that is used by banks and e-commerce sites to securely transfer your account information.

Your data is physically secure

Our servers are in a facility protected by biometric authentication, key card access, and 24/7 video monitoring. Personnel monitor the servers 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
