If you have a topic that isn’t relevant to the agenda, or if you weren’t able to cover a topic in your meeting, you can now send it to the parking lot.

How does this help?

You might run a meeting where not all of the topics get covered. Certain topics might not be relevant to the agenda, like suggestions from attendees, or there just wasn’t enough time to cover them. When you send these topics to the parking lot you can remember to review them in a later meeting.

How does this work?

Put your mouse over the agenda topic that you want to send to the parking lot. A group of icons will appear on the right side. Just click the “Move To Parking Lot” icon:

This sends your agenda topic to the parking lot at the bottom of the meeting page. If you don’t have any parking lot items yet, we’ll automatically create the parking lot section and add your topic to it:
