We’ve added some extra functionality to file attachments:

When you attach a file you can add an optional description:

2. Get email alerts when a file is attached
We send you an email notification when an attendee suggests an agenda topic. Now we’ll also send you an email notification when an attendee attaches a file. This keeps you aware of updates without having to visit your meeting page.
3. A list of files gets sent out with the agenda and minutes
When you email your attendees the agenda or minutes, the email will also include a list of the meeting’s files:

Attendees can review information and download attachments right from the email.
